It's always such fun to perform at Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank. Not only do I get to meet and do shows with an amazing array of talent, the club itself is very supportive of nurturing talent, which I think is pretty rare these days. I started out there by auditioning, getting booked into short spots in their small, intimate "Yoo Hoo Room," and then being granted longer spots. Eventually, I worked my way up to the Main Room. The coolest part is, it's win-win for audiences, because you might see more seasoned comics on the bigger stage, but the "Yoo Hoo Room" is intimate, cozy, and usually a bargain.
